Ordering

Orders are accepted by fax, mail, or through our website. To assist us with providing the most efficient ordering experience possible, please be sure your fax or mail order includes the year, make, and model of your vehicle, along with the desired part numbers, quantities, and payment.


For online orders, we accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and major debit cards featuring the VISA or Master Card logo. Orders submitted by fax or mail can be paid by credit card, cashier’s check, or money order. Orders paid by personal check will be held for 10 business days to ensure bank clearance prior to shipping. COD orders are not accepted.


Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled until processed for shipment. Once shipped, the order is subject to the terms of our Return policy, below. Special order items must be prepaid in full and cannot be cancelled.


Returns

Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction is our top priority. Products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All returns beyond 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


The following items are not eligible for return: electrical parts, wiring harnesses, gauges, switches, literature, CD’s, videos, printed materials, etc. If any item has been altered, modified, painted, disassembled, installed, or otherwise used, without prior express written permission from Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC., the item is non-returnable. All returned items must include the original packaging and be in resalable condition. Any item that is returned and deemed non-resalable by Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All special orders must be prepaid in full and are non-returnable. Gift certificates have no cash value and must be redeemed for merchandise only. Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. is not liable for any discoloration or damage in relation to chemical products, such as cleaners, polishes, waxes, paint, dye, etc.


Professional installation is recommended for all items. Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. is not liable for labor fees associated with the installation, removal, modification, alteration, refinishing, or repair of any product purchased, regardless of the circumstances.


If you need to return an item for a refund, store credit, or exchange, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization number and instructions. The customer is responsible for the cost of freight on all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.


Refusals

All refused orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. will consider the order to be cancelled and void, with no notification to the customer. The customer will be billed for 25% of the order total, plus freight costs to and from the destination.


Warranty

Some products may be backed by a warranty that is provided by the manufacturer. If you have warranty questions regarding a specific product, please inquire prior to purchase. No additional warranty or guarantee, beyond that which is offered by the manufacturer, is expressed or implied by Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC.


Freight Damage Claims

Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the carrier delivering the package. If damage has occurred during transit, notify our customer service team immediately. This timing is critical, as we must comply with the claim requirements set forth by freight carriers.


Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. will file the damage claim with the appropriate freight carrier. Replacement parts are generally sent within two business days of receiving a claim number from the carrier.


If the customer files the damage claim with the freight carrier, Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. will not send replacement parts. The customer will be responsible for managing the claims process with the freight carrier, waiting for payment, and then placing a new order to replace the damaged parts.


Shortages

Always check the contents of your delivered package ensure that all parts ordered were received. If a shortage occurs, please contact our customer service team within two days of receipt to ensure prompt replacement. Please be sure to check the enclosed invoice for backorders prior to contacting our customer service team. Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. assumes no liability for shortages without notification within two days.


Back Orders

We strive to maintain adequate inventory for all of the products we offer. However, shifts in manufacturing and consumer demand can cause us to temporarily deplete stock on any item. If this occurs, the invoice located inside of the package will indicate which items were not available at the time your order was shipped. Back order items are typically shipped once they are received in our warehouse without additional customer notification. We will make our best efforts to keep you informed for back orders older than 90 days. If you wish to cancel a back order, please contact our customer service team immediately. All back orders are subject to the terms of our Cancellation and Return polices, above.


Sales Tax

Orders shipped outside of California may be exempt from sales tax. All orders shipped to an address within California are subject to the current sales tax rate for Orange County, California (currently 8.75%). Due to regular variations in California sales tax, the rate is subject to change without notice.


Limitations of Liability

The purchaser and user shall indemnify Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. and hold Rusty Nutz & Rodz, LLC. harmless from any damages arising from, or connected to, the use or misuse of the products offered.
